McWilliams Roofing, Inc. is the answer to all of your roofing needs. Established in 1992 and based in Colorado Springs, we are family owned and operated. Our services include installation, replacement, new construction, management services and we offer a full range of commercial and residential roofing services from routine inspections, maintenance, and small to large repairs. We take pride in serving Pueblo, Woodland Park, Teller County, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Calhan, and of course Colorado Springs and the surrounding area!

We have a stand-alone and highly respected reputation of being one of the few “real” roofing companies still out there, roofers that physically measure your roof by hand, meet with you face to face, and really get to know your needs and wants. HISTORY

McWilliams Roofing, Inc. is the outgrowth of Riley and Lorraine McWilliams’ roofing expertise, hard work and dedication. Family owned and operated since its founding in 1992, Riley and Lorraine formed McWilliams Roofing, Inc. out of their home with just two employees and two trucks. After just five years in business they built their own company building near the Colorado Springs airport. Operated from that same family built building, McWilliams Roofing, Inc. is now one of El Paso County’s most trusted, professional and highly equipped roofing companies. Twenty-four years later, we are proud to still be serving the Pikes Peak region with excellent customer service and sharing our family name with all of our customers.

OUR STAFF

Riley McWilliams has 37 years of roofing/contracting experience. He was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado and attended college in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Riley obtained his roofing experience in Reno, Nevada working as a laborer for his uncle’s company, eventually moving into the office. Riley moved back to Colorado in 1984 to work for a large company in the Denver area which downsized a year later. Riley landed with a company that had an office in Colorado Springs and after several years of project management/estimating, Riley and wife Lorraine, decided to start their own business. Riley has served on the Regional Building Department’s building committee and, for his last 13 months on the committee, was Chairman. He is a past president of the El Paso County Roofing Contractors Association and has always been an advocate for continued education on the newest manufacturers and products available.
Lorraine McWilliams has 23 years of roof estimating/contracting experience and management experience. Lorraine was the sole project manager of a 24 building apartment complex re-roof in 1998/1999. She managed the entire project from bid, procurement, and site management to final billing. Lorraine began handling all of the residential estimating and the office work in 1992 and now handles all of the daily office management. Lorraine still, however, maintains several clients and works closely with them on their roofing needs.

Riley and Lorraine have lived in the Widefield/Security/Colorado Springs area since 1987 and have built their family roofing business and raised their two children here.

Seth McWilliams joined the management of McWilliams Roofing in May 2007 after being honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps. He previously worked as a roofing laborer for several summers and has learned the roofing business from the ground up. He currently handles all residential estimating, our management companies, and the repair team and is fine tuning his abilities on the commercial end as well with hopes of one day taking over the family business.

OUR TEAM

ROOFING CREW

Our two foreman have been with us since 1998 and we consider them part of our family. Our roofing crew members are our employees, not sub-contractors, and report directly to our office. Most of the men on the crew have been with us for over 10 years. We are honored an grateful to have employees that are extremely honest, dependable, hardworking, and dedicated to safety. They are what keep your families protected and allow you to have peace of mind. Knowing that we employ only the best and that we trust them with something so important, our homes, is something we take pride in.

REPAIR TEAM

Terry Fletcher is our lead repair man and has been with us since the very beginning. He brings over 30 years of roofing and repair experience with him. Terry has expertise in every aspect of roofing and is well versed in finding the source of a leak and fixing it right the first time.

Kevin Kroeckel has been with McWilliams Roofing, Inc. for almost 10 years and has brought a level of steady dedication to repair and roofing work. He is experienced in most types of roof systems and has the determination to find the source of your roof leak.
